Why we're building this
Agencies are some of the hardest-working, most resourceful teams in business. They find clients, design solutions, manage relationships, and deliver real work — often with small teams and tight margins.
And yet the tools available to run an agency haven't kept up with how agencies actually operate. Prospecting lives in one tool. Website audits live in another. Design concepts happen in a third. Proposals, contracts, communication, and project management are all separate again. The result is a lot of copying, pasting, and context lost between steps.
MASurd AI started from a simple question: what if one system followed the agency's entire workflow, instead of automating a single step and leaving the rest to you?
The problem we saw
Talk to enough agency owners and a pattern shows up quickly. The work itself — finding the right business, understanding what they need, proposing a solution, and delivering it well — hasn't gotten easier. What's gotten harder is managing the ten-plus tools it now takes to do that work.
- Research and prospecting happen in maps, directories, and spreadsheets.

None of these tools talk to each other. Every handoff between them is manual. That's the gap MASurd AI is built to close.
Our approach
Instead of building "one more AI feature," we mapped the actual journey an agency runs — find the business, understand it, detect the opportunity, design a concept, make contact, manage the relationship, send the proposal, win the client, deliver the project, and grow the account with SEO — and we're building one connected system around that journey.
That means the information you gather about a prospect in week one is still there when you're managing their project in month three. Nothing gets re-entered. Nothing gets lost between tools.
